Reaching Dalmatian Villas in Brac from Split Airport

From Split Airport join the road out of the car park by turning RIGHT, despite signposting possibly indicating otherwise
You arrive at a junction; a sharp right turn is sign-posted SPLIT, SIBENIK. Turn RIGHT.
You reach the main coastal road (in Croatia referred to as JADRANSKA MAGISTRALA). Stop is compulsory. Turn RIGHT at this junction, sign-posted SPLIT 21km.
You pass Zovko petrol station on your right hand side. You join the dual carriageway to Split, OMV petrol station on your right hand side. Arrive at a set of traffic lights, straight ahead to Split, after junction the road going slightly up the hill. Big Mercator hypermarket will be on your left hand side.
Whilst on the long and straight part of the dual carriageway, slowly move to the right hand side lane and after a big white sign above the road for SPLIT you fork of and RIGHT right for SPLIT joining another dual carriageway with three lanes into Split city.
From here, it’s best to remain in the middle lane. INA petrol station will be on your right hand side. Stay in the middle lane. After the traffic lights the dual carriageway narrows to two lanes. A set of traffic lights junctions follows, straight ahead at all of them. At old town walls bear to the left, as you turn you will see market stalls on both sides. At the next T junction, turn RIGHT and at next traffic lights turn RIGHT again after which you will see the sea and the ferry quay.
As you arrive into the ferry port at SPLIT, keep in the lane signposted for SUPETAR/BRAC.
Normally, Brac ferries leave from the very far end of Split port, well after the Jadrolinija building, except in high season when boats can leave from any dock. There will be young boys (uniformed!) to show you where to park to queue for the ferry. Buy your ferry tickets from JADROLINIJA ticketing kiosk on the dock or inside the main building on the far end of the ferry port.
Now refer to the road map attachment. Arrive in Supetar, disembark from ferry and follow the signs to Postira.
After leaving the ferry you will need to drive straight on for a few hundred metres before you reach a roundabout where you can follow the signs (you will need to turn left) for POSTIRA.
Now you will follow a coastal road for about 6 kilometres.Stay on this road and turn right at the sign for SKRIP. Your local representative will be waiting for you there.

      This beautifully restored Dalmatian stone villa complete with L-shaped swimming pool is situated in the village of Skrip, one of the oldest settlement on Brac island. Located 3kms from the sea, the villa offers spectacular views of Brac, the Adriatic and mainland.
      The villa is accessed from a quiet road through double doors into a spacious courtyard where there is a stone pool house above which sits a lovely terrace offering sea views to the mainland.
Access to the main house is from the courtyard which leads into a very large open plan kitchen/diner lounge area. French doors from the lounge lead out onto a terrace and down to the pool area. This floor also features a bathroom.
      The first floor consists of a master bedroom with double bed and French doors leading out onto a balcony with sea/pool views. There are three further bedrooms (two double rooms and one single room) and a family bathroom complete with hydro massage bath.
      A separate stone guest house offers the following accommodation; on the ground floor a kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa bed in the lounge for two and a shower room, on the first floor there is a double bedroom. The property also features a Konoba with a dining table that can seat up to 14 persons with an outdoor BBQ area nearby.
      There is a restaurant and grocery store within walking distance of the property. This villa would suit families or a group of friends travelling together who are looking to stay in a wonderful setting yet be within easy access to all the attractions the island has to offer.
