Dalmatian Villas of Split in Croatia, is a sub-division of Residential Investments Ltd, a UK company established in 1993. Our Head Office is based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

We have a wide range of properties - from basic to exclusive - throughout Croatia.

We cover purchase, sales and rental services for our clients as well as inform them about the simplest and fastest way of buying a property in Dalmatia.

This is particularly relevant for non-Croatian citizens who frequently buy properties on the Dalmatian coast, and need to understand the legal aspects of buying a property and become familiar with the real estate law and the Croatian purchasing process.
